This policy explains how humanforward.io uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
What this policy covers
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device identifiers. We use the word cookies to mean all of them.
This policy covers humanforward.io and any sub domain, including the preview address on vercel.app. Our Shopify apps and the community platform are covered in their own section below.
The types of cookies we use

Because nothing on the site needs consent, there is no cookie banner. If we add anything that does, we will ask first and add a settings link to the footer.

Klaviyo, which stores the details you give us on a form or booking, runs no script and sets no cookie on this site. Durations are what the providers publish and may change. We review this list whenever we change the site.
Email tracking and similar technologies
Our emails contain a small image that tells our email tool when you open an email, and links that record when you click them. We use this to see what people find useful and to stop sending to people who never open. You can block it by turning off images in your email app, or by unsubscribing.
We do not use fingerprinting, advertising networks or social media pixels on the site. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for consent first.
Our Shopify apps and the community platform
Our Shopify apps run inside your Shopify admin and use session cookies and Shopify's own authentication to keep you signed in. They set no marketing cookies.
The community platform and the white label apps we run for brands use strictly necessary cookies and device identifiers to keep members signed in, keep sessions secure and remember settings. Any analytics or marketing cookies in a brand's community are set under that brand's own cookie notice, which the brand must publish.
How to manage cookies
- Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop forms and bookings working
- Stop email tracking by turning off images in your email app, or by unsubscribing
- Email hello@humanforward.io and we will remove you from our customer system
