What is agentic commerce?
Shopping done by an AI agent on a person's behalf: finding the product, comparing it, and increasingly paying for it, inside ChatGPT, Gemini or a brand's own assistant. It runs on open protocols such as UCP and Shopify's Storefront MCP. If a store is not readable by those, it is not in the answer.
Why does a brand need its own community app?
Because the one it has lives in WhatsApp groups, Strava clubs and Instagram DMs it does not own, cannot see and cannot bill. A white label app in the brand's name puts members, events, groups and payments back with the brand, and the members keep their data.
