We want everyone to be able to use humanforward.io, whether you use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, a magnifier or just a phone in bright sunlight. This page says where we are, what we know is not yet right, and how to tell us.
Our standard
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the version the European standard EN 301 549 points to, and the one regulators in the UK, the EU, Australia and elsewhere look to. Where a market names a different standard, such as JIS X 8341-3 in Japan or KWCAG in South Korea, WCAG 2.2 AA is the closest match we work to.
How we work on it
Accessibility is part of how we build and test humanforward.io, not a one off. We check pages with automated tools (axe core) and by hand, using a keyboard, zoom, different page languages and the reduced motion setting, and we repeat those checks whenever we change the site. Every page declares its language, Arabic pages run right to left, a skip link takes keyboard and screen reader users straight to the main content, and animation follows the reduced motion setting on your device.
Some things on the site come from other companies and have their own accessibility, which we do not control: Cal.com booking, Cloudflare Turnstile, Klaviyo forms, and Stripe and Shopify checkout. If one of them gets in your way, tell us and we will book or sign you up by another route.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site does not work for you, or you need information in another format, please get in touch. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix real barriers as quickly as we can, or give you another way to do what you came to do.
