Conditions du service mobile

These terms cover the text message programme run by Human Forward LTD (Human Forward, we, us), a company registered in England and Wales under number 17452304, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. They apply when you opt in to receive text messages from us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number, and our Website terms apply alongside these.

The programme

Programme name: Human Forward text messages.

What we send: marketing and outreach messages from Human Forward about our products and services (Findability, Storefront, Agents, Conseil and our community platform), launches, events, offers, invitations to talk to us, and follow ups on things you asked us about. We may also send a one time message confirming that you have opted in.

Where it runs: United States mobile numbers only. Messages come from our toll free number or short code.

Message frequency: varies. You will only receive messages while you are opted in.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for our messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

Opting in

You opt in by checking the unchecked box next to the text message consent wording on a form on humanforward.io and submitting your mobile number, or by texting a keyword we publish to our number.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and outreach text messages from Human Forward at the mobile number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are the account holder for that mobile number, or have the account holder's permission to opt it in.

We keep a record of when, where and how you opted in, and the wording you agreed to.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also opt out by emailing hello@humanforward.io.

To join again, reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again on our website.

Carriers and delivery

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If your carrier does not support our messages, you may not receive them.

Changing or giving up your number

If you change your mobile number or give it up, reply STOP from that number first, or email us, so we do not text whoever has it next. If you opt in a new number, these terms apply to it.

Your privacy

We will not share your mobile information or opt in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing in our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with any third parties. The providers that deliver our messages for us, Klaviyo and the mobile carriers, process your number only to deliver them. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep your consent records and the rights you have over your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if the programme changes or the rules for text messaging change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by text or email before it applies. Continuing to receive messages after that means you accept the change, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. That does not take away any right you have under US federal or state law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state laws on text messaging, which apply regardless of this choice of law.
