The assistant who notices what they are looking at.
Conseil is a shopping agent for your own website. It sees what each visitor sees and helps them choose, the way a good assistant does on a shop floor.
One script tag. It reads your site, so there is nothing to train and nothing to upload. It greets, it offers help while someone lingers, it has a word at the door, and it learns which lines and moments work.

the enabler engine
It sees what your shopper sees. Then it talks, or your site adapts.
This is the first step to a website that changes for the person reading it. Conseil reads the page as it is: the product, the range, the part in view, what held their attention and the moment they look like leaving. What happens next is your choice.
The product and the rangeFrom your own product data and headings. No tagging needed.
The part they are readingSizing, materials, reviews, delivery: it knows which, and offers the right help.
What held their attentionAcross the visit, so the word at the door names the thing they cared about.
The momentArriving, lingering, comparing, leaving. One offer at a time, never chasing.
try it here
A product page that knows what you are reading.
This is the real script, on a made up shop selling something hard to explain in a photo: a featherweight wind shell. Scroll through it and stay a while on a part. The panel shows what Conseil sees, and what it is about to do.

Materials and care
Fifteen denier is a very fine thread, which is why it weighs so little. The ripstop grid stops a snag becoming a tear. Wash cool, skip the fabric softener, and tumble dry low to wake the finish up.

Lives in my jersey pocket from April to October. Went up to M for a long sleeve underneath.

Brilliant on windy descents. Not the one for a wet day; that is what the Storm is for.

three ways to show it
Talk to them, or change the page for them.
OverlayA card that blooms out of your help button with the right line, and a shopping chat behind it that answers from your own pages and products.
InlineMark a space in your page and the line appears there, in your fonts and your layout. Nothing floats over your design.
HeadlessNo interface at all. Each moment reaches your code as an event, with the product, the section and the line, so your site can adapt itself.
no training
It reads your site. Then it learns from your visitors.
Reads what is publicYour sitemap, your pages and your schema.org product data, the way a browser sees them. It keeps to your robots.txt.
Writes in your voiceLines for every kind of page and every moment, in the tone you choose, in your languages.
Learns what worksEach line and each timing is tried fairly, then the ones people take up get used more. Weak lines retire themselves.
Credits the saleWhen someone adds to their bag after a line, that line gets the credit, so it learns from sales, not just clicks.
On Growth and Scale it can also write a line for the exact product or section someone is on, and it tests those against the pool.
a shopping agent, not a help desk
It sells. It hands over the rest.
Customer serviceOrders, returns, delivery problems and accounts go straight to your own team: the support chat you already run (Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Gladly and others), a page, or an email.
Your own shopping agentIf you have one, Conseil hands the shopper over with everything it saw: the page, the product, what they looked at and what they asked. Ready for the agents you add next.
yours, not ours
Your colours. Your fonts.
Set the accent, the ink, the paper and the corners. Use your site's own font, pick one from the open font library, or upload your own. It follows your visitor's light or dark setting. In the shop's own name, never ours.

privacy
It notices the page, never the person.
No cookies and no identifiers. A visit lives in the browser tab and ends with it.
Across visits only if the visitor ticks Remember where I got to, kept on their own device, with Forget my visit beside it.
We count what happened after each line. Nothing about who saw it.
The chat says it is an AI and answers only from your own pages.
install
One line. Or one tag in Tag Manager.
Paste it before the closing body tag, or add it to Google Tag Manager as a Custom HTML tag on all pages. It loads after your page, so it never slows it down.
Listen for moments and adapt your own interface, tell it about a sale it cannot see, or hand the full context to your own agent. Moments also go to the dataLayer as hf_conseil, for your own tags.
JavaScript
addEventListener("hfconseil", (e) => {
const m = e.detail;
if (m.type === "moment" && m.topic === "size") {
showSizeHelp(m.thing, m.line); // your own UI
m.accept();
}
});
HFConseil.track("purchase");
const context = HFConseil.context(); // hand it to your own agent
plans
Visitors are cheap. Conversations are what we count.
Every plan has the moments, the learning, all three ways to show it and handover to your support team.
Past your allowance, extra conversations are USD 0.08 each, up to a cap you set. Visits never cost extra; a paid plan keeps going past its allowance and we talk about the right plan. Pay yearly and get two months free. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Cancel any time; you drop back to Free and your site keeps Conseil.
questions
Before you start.
Do I need to train it?
No. It reads your public pages and product data, writes its lines in your voice, and learns from what your visitors do. You can add or approve lines in the console.
Will it slow my site?
No. It loads after your page has finished, waits for a quiet moment, and lives in its own sealed box so it cannot clash with your styles.
Does it work on Shopify, WooCommerce and the rest?
Yes. It works on any site that can take a script tag or Google Tag Manager. It understands the schema.org product data most platforms already publish.
Is it a customer service bot?
No. It helps people find, compare and choose. Questions about orders, returns or delivery go to your own team or support chat.
Can my own developers use it?
Yes. In headless mode nothing appears on screen; your code hears each moment and decides what to change. HFConseil.context() gives the whole picture to your own agent.
What does a conversation cost us?
Each plan includes a number. Past it, each extra conversation is USD 0.08, up to a cap you set in the console. Visits and offers never cost extra.
Free to start. Live in minutes.
Give it your site's address. It reads it while you watch, then hands you the line to paste.
